This Committee shall review and recommend proposed amendments to the GEPENC Bylaws, possible inclusions to our Standing Rules and organize and execute the annual GEPENC Election. This Committee is charged with writing the Rules and Procedures for each Annual Election and, with approval from the Board, and DONE, publishing these and all other Election materials within the proper timeframe. This Committee provides Election materials, Candidate Filing Forms, Mail-In Ballot Requests, etc., at all GEPENC posting sites and does extensive outreach to all Stakeholders, to ensure community awareness and participation in our annual Election.
