The Executive Committee is comprised of the five officers of the Greater Echo Park Elysian Neighborhood Council: President, Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary. All officers except Secretary are elected by the Stakeholders of GEPENC. Term of office is two years. The Secretary is appointed by the general board of GEPENC. The duties of the officers are outlined in the GEPENC Bylaws.
